Room was lovely, clean and well organized. Some extra lighting in the space that proved bothersome at night but all in all a good spot. There's a great cafe around the corner but also some sketchy characters in the area and a LOT of cops.

Horrible. Realized I had booked the wrong location an hour after it was made. They would not change the location or give me my money back. Hope they feel good with my $220 in their pockets

OMG ! What a terrible stay i had. There is a person on the second floor that goes to work every morning i think, wakes up at 4:30am and starts doing aerobics, the whole house shakes for a half hour, then the pots and pans start banging. Every step the person takes makes the dishes rattle in the cupboard, "no i'm not joking", then leaves for work at 5:45, THEN ITS STILL NOT OVER > The maid comes after (or i think its the maid)and cleans the room for the person and bangs around until 7am. AND one other thing, the place smells like perfume has been poured over everything, the smell is so strong you can taste it. My throat was irritated and i sneezed and coughed the whole time i was there. NEVER AGAIN ! If i could have given a zero on the review i would have. Sorry maid .... no tip from me ! Maid never cleaned my room for the 2 night stay, and i had one towel. A nurse friend of mine said the gov't is bringing in nurses/medical people from out of province and housing them, so my money is on that scenario, probably a nurse staying there.

Would have given it higher but location is a bit... Questionable. Came with my toddler and infant and was thrilled with the layout. Clean, responsive "telestaff" (I called for blankets and they were delivered to my door within the hour) and the amenities were nicer than some hotels I've been to. The shower was wonderful and in suite laundry was pleasant after travelling with kids. Honestly aside from the location I had no complaints. I know being downtown there's not much to be done but forewarning you're a hop and skip from wonderful sights, and a hop skip from the safe injection site. Solo no problem. Kids? Going to be more distanced next time
