Love Canadel furniture and received excellent customer service from Trevor who fixed an issue I had with my 10 year old table. I would highly recommend this store.

Fantastic customer service from the whole staff! I have a full dining set, a buffet and a coffee table from Canadel and the quality is outstanding. I've had it for over a year now and it looks just like the day we received it. I know with the proper care it will last us for a very long time. Worth every penny!

Ordered a brand new kitchen table back in November. It was delivered in May and we loved it, completely perfect. Now, only 3 weeks later it is totally scratched and looks awful, like weve owned it for 20 years. I sent pictures in to Canadel Moncton and received a call back. After admitting that these were the worst scratches he has ever seen, they then said that all wood scratches, we should have used common sense and kept a tablecloth or placemats on the table at all times. When ordering the table not once were we told that we should always keep it covered as their product scratches extremely easily. Based on our experience I do not recommend their product at all and their customer service is very poor.
