        Stayed for 4 days at the beginning of may. The staff didn't clean the room and make the beds (even with the door sign WANTED CLEANING) They finally sent me an email receipt until I requested for the third time, only to find out they charged me for an extra night. That's an extra 200 they took. They did credit it back to me although that should've never happened in the first place. If I was in Moncton again I would not stay here.

        Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade for a Crowne Plaza. Rooms are overall nice, noise isolation seems decent. Staff seem rather clueless (front desk, not housekeeping). Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 3/5 | Location : 5/5 More
