This hotel was definitely on point when it came to hospitality and excellent service. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They gave us the highest floor and provided excellent information about the facility. It is a relatively new hotel, opened just before the pandemic (according to their staff). Housekeeping was EXCELLENT. They cleaned our room every day and even when we were on the room and requested them to adjust their schedule to clean ours when we were gone, they accommodated us. Continental breakfast was included in our room and everything was delicious. Lots of options to personalize your breakfast. I do have to say that if youre vegetarian, options are slightly limited, but still a lot of variety. The location is very nice as well, located in the heart of Moncton makes it very accessible (walking distance) to different restaurants and bars downtown. Finally, I loved the most the fact that we could download the Hyatt app and register our room to get a digital key, which takes off the pressure of leaving it by accident in the room) and also being able to broadcast movies from our own accounts and apps without giving away our passwords. 10/10 would recommend to stay here every time
