Well the first thing which wasnt a huge issue at first was there was no remote. That should have told me that no one was in that room recently. My husband went to the counter and was told that it would be brought to us.over an hour wait. This room was not cleaned.The washroom was not stocked, no toiletries, half used toilet paper roll and one full one. A sign in the washroom asked for us to reuse our towels and the beds would be made each day.nope!! Nothing was done. In the bathroom there was black crud in the bathroom floor. The back of the door was chipped quite bad as if an animal was I there scratching the door. The beds were comfortable but did not feel very clean. We would have asked for a refund but there were too many other people in the line up complaining.

Had a wonderful staying the space room. Such an awesome space for parents and kids, great layout of room. Hot tub was fantastic and breakfast was so much more than I expected. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
