        Took multiple attempts to close a policy, even after sending the requested paperwork twice and calling back we did not receive our refund(it was only like $50), we just cancelled the direct withdrawal and moved on.

        I usually never leave bad reviews but I have never seen such an annoying company. Be aware, for borderline harrassing phone calls always by different agents several times a year! They change and update the policies every year, what you once take might not exist the following year and you will be pushed to buy more and if you dont buy more some features in the old plan no longer "work". They're also VERY rude calling people on saturdays during dinner time and spend an hour on the phone when they say it's only going to take 10mins of our time.
