        Bought a queen mattress 6 months ago the springs are sticking out all around it that is causing it to sag its now uncomfortable except in the middle. The customer service was amazing but the product was a waste of money now have to buy a topper or new mattress UPDATE: emailed the address that was given by owners 2 months ago like they requested to show them pictures, they ignored my emails, i wish i had spent my money at a different mattress company would have had a better product.
