Hi there. Tory was our real estate agent when we decided to purchase our first house back in February. Tory was patient while answering all our questions and giving an advice what to consider when youre purchasing your first home. He was supporting us during an offer stage, giving all tips and tricks to make sure our offer will be successful. Waiting for the time to move into our new property, Tory was keeping in touch with us to make sure that everything will go smoothly (he also recommended us a mortgage broker which has made the process even easier). On the closing date, he met us in our new home to make sure everything is good. Hands down Tory was a pleasure to deal with, really caring and taking into consideration all our concerns.
