I got the reference of Tammy Green through a website and when I reached out to her, she responded immediately. As a first-time home buyer, I had done some research initially, but I really needed some helping hand to understand the process of buying a property in a new country. I was much impressed with the initial discussions I had with Tammy and that gave me the confidence to take her guidance to purchase a property. Tammy Green helped me and my husband purchase our first home in Riverglade NB in September 2022. As soon as the property came on the market she knew it would be for us and let us know right away. We got in for a showing that same day! She advised us that there would be multiple offers and she gave us tips on what we could do to have the best offer. She made sure we knew what we had to do and have completed in order to get everything finalized. When we had questions she was always quick to help. Tammy was referred to me in 2021 by a close friend living in Riverview. I was living in Waterloo Ontario looking for a starter home for my son. Tammy gave me honest feedback on homes I saw on line that looked better than they were in person. I eventually purchased a home in Riverview based on Tammy telling me that " I wish my daughter would buy this house! ". I was pleased to discover upon closing that it looked better in person than it did on line and over face-time. In the spring of 2022 my wife and I decided to move to the Moncton area as well. Tammy viewed many homes for me over the summer and gave me her personal feedback during face-time walk throughs. Tammy knew I am very particular with what I was looking for and worked with me accordingly. Although 2022 was a very challenging environment for home buyers based on properties receiving multiple offers and in many cases selling on the same day they were listed, Tammy was able to find me a home last August in Moncton that was definitely worth the journey. I would definitely refer Tammy to not only my friends and family but to anyone that wants to have a positive experience in buying or selling their home. Tammy understands the marketplace but more importantly, understands people.
