Called and explained my needs. Was told I would be contacted the next day. Nope. Re: Your response. One call not returned is unfortunate. Two calls not returned speaks more about choice. First call was regarding an accidental death in the Moncton Hospital. Second call was regarding the Accidental Death Insurance, as the cause of death reported did not match the acutal cause of death. I was told this happens a lot and that the hospital has more resources available to defend itself than most families who go through this do. But youre right... not a traffic and not Long Term insurance issue.
