Ryan is an incredible realtor! For someone who hasnt been in the business that long, he is great! He was so knowledgeable, he basically knows everything there is you need to know about houses. Hell walk through a house with you and point out things we would have never noticed. He was able to help us get our dream house, and under asking! Hes always professional and very friendly. Hes reliable and answers messages very timely. Thank you so much Ryan for everything!

I had an amazing experience, and Im so grateful for Ryan! He was quick to find listings that fit my search parameters and got me in for viewings immediately as the market has been insane. He also had my best interest at heart every single step of the way- he was incredibly knowledgeable about things I didnt even know I didnt know lol. My favourite part was when we saw a cute little house and after seeing so many duds I just wanted to make an offer, but he assured me that the age, foundation type, and layout would make it impossible to get anything back on resale without pouring in more than the house itself was worth in Renos. He could have just said sure and let me buy that house to make a buck, but instead he was honest and helped make sure I didnt make the mistake of buying a dud!
