I was referred to Barb from a co-worker who spoke very highly of her work for both buying and selling homes. My wife and I were looking to sell our home and buy a new one closer to our children and grandchildren in Cocagne and she came through in spades in showing us one that my wife fell in love with. We started the process and Barb was with us every single step of the way as a calm and reassuring hand to help us through the process. We experienced hiccups from outside forces along the way but Barb remained steadfast in her commitment to us and ensured that any time we had a minor delay that things would be ok and she would be there for us to make sure we made it through. The entire experience was made by her involvement and we don't think we could have done it with any other realtor in the Moncton area. She came through and made sure our best interests were looked after and I feel we've gained a friend as a bonus. Barb is someone we will never forget and should there ever come a time where we think of selling and buying again she will be the one we reach out to. Her sincerity, commitment, compassion and integrity are second to none and I cannot give a higher review score only because of the limit of 5 stars on Google. In a world of 5 stars she deserves 10 for everything she has done for my wife and I.

We had Barbara help us find our new home in New Brunswick. Barbara was professional in her help while maintaining a very approachable and friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she accommodated our very wide search area. She was not in the least bit pushy and listened attentively to our requirements and feedback as we viewed properties. She was a great resource to have in our corner and very much represented our interests during the negotiation stages during the purchase process. She also had a wide knowledge base in other areas around this, including great recommendations that we made good use of. She also had a great sense of humour which fitted well with us and led to us having a great time during the period we were with her. We would be pleased to recommend her services to anyone.
