After Fiona hit our home, and we had tons of roof damage. Our beautiful home was no longer livable do to the amount of water damage in side. I knew I needed a company to replace the whole roof. Rob and Kelly came out and inspected our roof and gave us a quote. We liked how they took the time to come out and explain things, great customer service in my opinion. The other 3 company just sent on line quotes. We hire preferred roof right away to tackle our roof. And it was the best decision by far. From the crew being very polite and their craftsmanship stands out 100%. We are very happy and would recommend preferred roofing to any one who wants a stress free start to finish roofing contractor. Talked to them twice but they never showed up. If you don't want to do the job that's fine, but don't waste my time twice with no show.
