We had a marvelous journey from start to finish. We received an estimate within days. It was a bulls eye. I had then a discussion with Julien who explained products, process and the what makes Artisan a leader in the market. We were very impressed! My questions, which I provided as a follow-up he was at ease responding to. He came to our house for the signature. We had been able to negotiate a special light grey shingle, that otherwise would have been a headache to get delivered. We also had a visit from Artisan to look at the work site, measure the velux and anticipate the job organisation. The team showed up early! We were much impressed by everyone's willingness to spend the extra effort and follow up on our requests and questions. Jason and Deven at several times were again there to answer all of our questions. All of the team members were helpful, responsive and very articulate. Every day the site was cleaned fully. The team worked hard, sometimes extra hours and on the weekend. The roof looks amazing. Neighbors literally lining up. Despite cold weather and a somewhat complex roof, the project was finished to our expectations and in good time. Noise levels were actually lower than expected. We had full trust in the team all the long, all promises actually were kept and even a small repair of flashing was carried out without problems. We were pleased that the team played it safe all the long. Even now we are amazed that we have a hard time even finding a single nail on the property. We were pleased to learn that there a francophones on the team and members living in our area. Kudos to the leader, Brad, who could assemble such a great team. Thank you Artisan.
