I am thankful for your service but you take forever to get to peoples driveways to clear them out. You wait till the storm is over some people still need to get out during the storm back in the day They used to be out all night now they only come when the snow is stopped so I do not think that $500 is worth it especially this year where it hasnt snowed that much but thats not your fault. Eventually they do show up and thank you for your service just dont like to wait all day to get my driveway cleared.

** Updated Review** After 3-4x of harassing this group they did finally come and properly plow out our driveway, nearly the end of January so it's a hard pill to swallow after paying them $450. Updating from 1 star to 3 star review. It took a while to reach someone willing to help, and at least a dozen phone calls / text messages. Now that the driveway is properly plowed we hope their plowmen understand how wide the driveway is, considering they are the ones who placed the markers. We have shoveled our entire driveway (2-3 inches of snow) multiple times because this group won't go out unless city of Moncton plows streets first? Talked to them on the phone that's what their "policy" is. Never mentioned this when we talked about hiring them. Now multiple times they have also not cleared our driveway properly. They are the ones who placed the stakes on our property & they don't even plow to them. We discussed this in person with the plow men prior to the season starting, we have a triple wide driveway & Airbnb which allows for guest parking. I called their office two days in a row, both times have been told by Dani that they would contact ownership to see if anything can be done, then call me back. Nothing more than a lie to get me off the phone. They have not called back both times. After two days straight of calling, a woman named Maryse finally helped us via their text support option, she sent a plow within 15 minutes and he cleared us out.
