So to me if they ask me to communicate with them to get answers and i get none what so ever than i will not do business with them, they are not serious so if you buy a 30 to 40000$ car imagine the service you will get.

Had winter tires removed and summer tires installed on Friday in Hampton. Picked up car just.before 5pm and was told to come back after 100km to have lug nuts retorked. Unfortunately we were leaving for Nova Scotia on Saturday morning. Therefore we needed to find someone who could get it done. Called Acadia Toyota in Moncton and spoke to Jason Ward who kindly agreed to help us. We were at the dealership within an hour and, without an appointment, Jason had a member of his team retorking the lug nuts and inflating the tires to the recommended PSI. When asked for the invoice Jason said it was complimentary. We were most grateful to Jason and were on our way shortly after.
