I was on a sled trip in NB from Ontario. I had an issue with my sled. We called Patterson Sales. Not sure of the ladies name we spoke to. However they sent a truck to pick me up ,and took my sled to thier shop. Fixed it quickly,so I was back on the trail. It was even discussed when we called if we arrived after hours just to call and they would come back. Unfortunately we couldn't make it all the way. If I could give 10 stars I would. A big thanks to all involved.

If I could put negative stars I would, I have never seen such poor product back up, I have yet to see a filled out inspection report, have seen 2 tractors with under 100 hours with major failures, my boss uses one at his shop to plow and have had the breaks fail twice in 2 weeks, endangering customers and almost taking out customers vehicles. Do not recommend, my fathers mccormick had a major brake failure while hauling a trailer down a mountain endangering peoples lives with theyre terrible service and non existent inspections, once they have your money they do not care about you. Owner Bob is the the most useless person to talk to, 0 help and just in it for the money
