        Absolute GARBAGE customer service!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT AND HUNG UP ON WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I will be posting the phone call I have with both of the reps for this company located in FREDERICTON NB.

        This company has great prices for installation, but horrible customer service. I had an issue just outside of the 1 year free service time and had a technician out to do the work. When he finished the work he told my wife that it was an installation error and there would be no charge. Now I have a bill for the service call and after two months of trying to get a hold of someone they are telling me that I still have to pay because the technician is not allowed to wave the fee. I expected more.
