Clint is fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the area. Weve used him as both a seller & buyer! We bought from out of province & it was great to be able to trust someone to handle such an important purchase. We moved from Ontario in 2021 and working with Courtnay couldn't have been a better experience! After challenges with a different realtor who wasn't proactive in helping us find a place, we reached out to Courtnay and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every neighbourhood, was open and honest with us about the homes we were looking at, did in-depth video chats with us through homes and neighbourhoods, and was just a joy to work with throughout all of it. She took so much stress out of the moving process and continued to be helpful after our move whenever we had a question about Fredericton.
