        I was at the dentist today bright and early, and had a bit of a panic attack in the dentist chair. The dental assistant helped by distracting me with dental procedures and showing me a picture of a moose she saw while going for a walk. That settled me down so I could continue with my appointment. Thank you very much for your help.
