I don't even know where to start. I love both Norwex and Crystal! I am relatively new to Norwex (about a year in) and I can't imagine using anything else. Crystal is so knowledgeable on all the products, she answers quickly and her "how to" videos are hilariously informative. Crystal sold me on the window cloth after watching her smear butter on a window.. yes I said butter on a window!! I knew I needed one to clean all the buttery finger prints, dog nose prints and cat tongue prints off my windows (and now I might have a slight obsession). Norwex is so easy to use that even my 7 year old is obsessed and has his own enviro cloth, window cloth and dusting mitt and loves to help clean.

I have been using Norwex for the past 15 or so years. When I moved to New Brunswick, I found Crystal.....she is the most enthusiastic representative I have met. Customer service is top-notch. She has amazing knowledge of the products. Even an online party with her brings me joy and laughs! The products are great enough to speak for themselves....Crystal makes it worth listening :-)

Omg what can I say? Crystal is a wealth of info about Norwex and how to make the most of your purchase. She shares so many great tips, is so funny and down to earth and really and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. I have never been unsatisfied with any of my purchases and her level of customer service is simply amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I LOVE Norwex products! But best of all I LOVE Crystal's exhuberance and excitement about Norwex. I contacted her over a year ago now wondering what this Norwex thing was all about. She was great at showing me what I should try to start out using Norwex. I was hooked right away. Her video's on how to use Norwex products are hilarious and yet at the same time give you tips on how to effectively and efficiently use your new products. She is trustwrothy and has more than once steered me in the right direction on which products would suit me best. I also really appreciate how down to earth she is and that there has NEVER been a tough sales type of approach from her. She just honestly loves this product and wants everyone to have the same great experiences she has when cleaning. She has always been available to answer my many questions about how to use different products. I must admit I HATE house cleaning but am so refreshingly surprised at how easy it is now to clean my home using Norwex products. Don't believe me? Give her a call and see for yourself. I was skeptical, not quite believing what she was telling me and decided to give it a try to see and I am sure glad that I did.
