Changing my review. They used to just provide lousy service but now they provide none at all. I'd bought a pile of bulbs about a year ago (half price due to being out of season) that to my surprise didn't come that spring. I thought maybe they intended to ship them in the fall which is the normal time to plant them, so I waited. Late fall no bulbs I started reaching out trying to get ahold of them... never had any luck. I think they may have already known they were going under when they had that half-off sale and it was a scam to get as many "preorders" as they could so as to run off with as much of our money as they could. Sadly this industry is ideal for such scams because by the time your plants fail to arrive your window (iirc 90d) to reverse the credit card charges has closed. I'm not sure if the website still works but if so, do not buy anything! You won't receive it.

Ordered plants in July 2021. 10 months later, I still have no plants, can't get a refund, they don't answer their phone or reply to emails. Sent at msg on FB and got automated response.

This company was a bit overwhelmed by the COVID burst of new home gardeners. My products arrived later than I expected. But unlike other companies, they were willing to adjust the shipment date to account for the periods when I wouldn't be home to receive them. They stock quality products that I couldn't find anywhere else in Canada. The plants and roots arrived in gorgeous condition. I live on the other side of the country. I will definitely be buying from them again. AND I do reccomend them if you are willing to give them grace in times of peak business and wait for your turn to have your plants shipped.

Waited for months after ordering and heard nothing. Finally heard that the items I truly wanted were cancelled from the order. I requested the order be cancelled but they ignored entirely. Instead they shipped the remaining plants (which were simply mint...in order to get free shipping, the main plants were all cancelled except one....this one was literally a dead stick not packed in enough dirt for transit). They've also left my cancelled items as "available" on their website, so I'm left to question if it was ever available, did they just not feel like shipping the item? I do understand times are tough and backlog can happen, but perhaps some communication regarding this fact would have been nice. Alternately I've had really good experiences with other similar small retailers during this time.
