New quiet residential development (exclusively built by one builder) with modern home colors and designs. Homes are selling fast. Beautiful surroundings and gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. Currently, they are building on 2 of the 3 new streets. A friendly neighborhood with small flowing brooks and walking trails nearby where you will see wildlife. Very close to the QPLEX and Arterial highway. A few minutes drive to the shops and restaurants. Close to the Gondola Point Ferry and Kennebecasis River as well as beaches nearby.
