        We bought a new house with a Reficio kitchen. The cabinets and countertop look fantastic however we were missing two doors that had to be redone. The first arrived about 3 weeks after move-in, however the second was a months long process where multiple committed dates were missed and there was no follow up from Reficio. Adding to the frustration was that we found it virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone as they rarely answered the phone. In the end, the kitchen looks great but the service was not what we expected. Service: Custom kitchen cabinet construction
