        Its really good in the summer but in spring and all that the dirt is really not that good its muddy really muddy its like wet sand at a beach and there a lot of rocks but realy fun in summer so 5 stars in the summer and 4 in spring.

        Fun for all ages and levels of biking. Great skills park in our back yard. Connected to a grate gravel trail. Well maintain and jumps built proper and they listen to the locals and our ideas.
