Their website asked to only call their number in an emergency, otherwise please submit your details through their website and they would get back to you in 2-4 hours. Did that and after waiting three days they never called back so I went else where. Can't rate their work but it doesn't matter if they can't find the time to get back to you.

I called this company in install a new shower. They arrived on time and the two gentleman were very professional and respectful. The shower bass and drain were already installed and I asked the plumbers to verify that the drain was probably setup and in good working condition. They assured me that everything was ready to go. To my surprise, once the shower was used the drain was not sealed and leaked through the ceiling in the basement. When I called to explain the situation I was told they would come and look at the drain but if they determine there was no fault on their part they would not cover the damages and charge me for the service call. I understand that they did not install the drain but I requested they check the drain and evidently they did not. When I spoke with an owner he were incredibly disrespectful and actually laughed at me on the phone.. He would not even come look at the drain free of charge after I already paid a large bill. Now need to find a new plumber to look at my drain and I need to replace the ceiling in my basement. Terrible customer service and zero respect. I do not recommend Service: Shower installation
