My wife and I have bought several investment properties in New Brunswick with Rod, while living in Ontario. His virtual tours are done in depth, which is helpful buying from a distance. We are a family of 5 moving from BC to NB. We started working with Rod Martens in the spring of 2022. As we were purchasing a property in NB sight unseen, we relied on Rod to do all due diligence. Rod provided us numerous and extensive walk through video tours on each property until we were able to find the perfect home. He was patient with us this entire process. Rod went over and above with setting up our inspection/water test for us, gave us recommendations for a lawyer and insurance companies, provided us with a full email write up of our next steps which was extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a more helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and understanding agent. He was so accommodating with our 4 hour time difference and made the entire process extremely smooth. We have bought and sold many homes in BC, planning a move across the country you would think would be the hardest one of all. This purchase was by far the easiest. Not only is he a great agent but he is an amazing and humorous guy! He really has your best interest at heart and you can feel that! We have nothing but great things to say about him and definitely deserves more than a 5 Star. We cant wait to finally meet you in person and sit down for that ice cold beer!!
