        First, they continue to advertising trailers at a price they can't deliver. My impression was the sale person couldn't care less if I purchased a trailer or not. I went back a little later to get the trailer receiver height, the sale person said he didn't know, simple question that should be easy to answer or at least easy to ascertain. Arrogant individual.
