I just saw some of Paul's work on a dear friend's furniture set that has been in the family for generations and these pieces are now absolute atrocities. Poorly cut fabric, many many visible staples, cracked wood that was not cracked prior to being entrusted to Paul. He took this woman's money and even after admitting to her that it was poorly done did not offer to refund her nor did he offer to redo the work. Shameful.

Disappointed with poor quality work. I had a sofa and two chairs that are family antiques reupholstered, and there are numerous issues with the final products. Staples are clearly visible, material not cut correctly near wood trim, sofa sags noticeably, and wood trim installed incorrectly. When made aware of these issues, owner Paul agreed the work was not completed to a professional standard, but offered no recourse. This experience is now a very expensive regret, go elsewhere for quality workmanship.

Paul and his coworker repaired our fabric couch. The workmanship was top notch and we are really pleased with the finished product. They were professional, efficient and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Upholstery.
