After years of struggling with public counseling and not receiving the treatment I need, I have finally been able to make process with my counselor at Northside. I highly recommend them.

She's very rude, and insulting. Struggling with being released from the army nevermind having severe adhd. She made everything worst. Even got the doctors on base to stop taking care of me.

I had a friend explain their experience with a social worker at this location named Vicki Coy. Ms. Coy had allegedly stated that my friend had bi-polar disorder (which is inappropriate of a title that does not have the ability to form a diagnosis). Further, Ms. Coy allegedly threatened to call my friends employer and forced them to contact mental health services. This was after my friend expressed suicidal ideation. However, my friend never stated that they had a plan to commit suicide or a means to carry out that plan. This type of misconduct is a gross misuse of power and a clear indication of an inability to empathize. I would not recommend this type treatment to anyone.
