It all started with a suggestion from a friend...What a great place to spend a weekend. Owners Don and Evelyn were perfect hosts, along with daughter Laurie and her son. The rooms were quaint, cozy and clean, the lounge and dining area (complete with taxedermied animals), pool table, homemade gifts and view of the Tobique River was priceless. My sister, her boyfriend and I even did a canoe trip on the river and had a blast. Lots of wildlife to see, including other people, making their way downstream. Way better than staying at Mt. Carleton Provincial Park cabins Thanks for the hospitality folks.
