Had 3 units installed over the last 5 years. The customer service after the install is terrible. Contacted him multiple times over one of my units not functioning properly and still hasn't been looked at. Had another unit replaced under warranty after having two techs look at it on different occasions. First tech said nothing was wrong and cleaned it. Was charged for a cleaning on a broken unit. Unit has been replaced since but have been left with spray foam all over the side of my house, second story down. Weeks have gone by and still nothing has been done. He will send someone when they have time so he says.

Steven, Jordan and John we here to install a Panasonic Heat Pump. Jordan selected the best place to install it, and with a week's use it appears a good location. John explained the electrical and installed that. Steven worked on the installation and spent considerable time explaining how it worked along with instructions on the remote. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. We are seniors and it's good to see employees like them in out home. Service: Heating equipment repair & installation
