Buying home and being new in a province / city are both stressful situations. Shawn Tucker made it very easy for us. He was very patient u understanding our requirements and showed us properties that were very close to our liking. He had good and useful knowledge about the builders , what upgrades or repairs the home might need and was very professional in finalizing the deal for us.
