Jane is truly exceptional and did an outstanding job finding our dream home. Not only did she have our best interest in mind, but she also provided us with extremely valuable advice and critical information about the housing market and the homebuying experience. We are certain we made not just an informed decision but the RIGHT decision. By way of background, we are first-time homebuyers and new residents of Canada. The experience of finding a home seemed overwhelming and daunting, but Jane made it so seamless and stress-free that it still amazes us how much time and effort she put into walking us through the process, explaining what each step entails, answering all our questions (even the ones we couldnt fully articulate), and addressing all our concerns. Additionally, as buyers who operate within several constraints, such as budget ranges, preferred neighborhoods, and home layouts, we were ready to compromise as we were certain that there would be some tradeoffs involved. We were honestly ready to settle for anything that could get us closer to our dream home within the constraints we set forth (and it would have been perfectly acceptable, and we would have been very happy customers), but Jane didnt settle, on the contrary, she made sure we scored the ideal and perfect house that ticked ALL the boxes for us without tradeoffs or compromise. We went from Mission Impossible to Mission Accomplished. Jane is very responsive (whether by phone, email, WhatsApp, or text message), extremely thorough and professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Jane was recommended to us by a colleague whom she helped find their dream home (a gorgeous piece of property by the way) a few years ago and I highly recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy, sell, or do any Real Estate transaction with no tradeoffs or compromise.

Our family has sold/bought 3 houses with Jane since she started her realtor career with KW. Jane sold our townhouse on the Northside and, at the time, the sale was historical high for that complex location. She helped us sell our house in Lincoln Heights and was once more a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole transaction process. Lastly, Jane found us our current place in the Garden Creek school district with a gorgeous view for a price we could not resist. Jane has been amazing through this entire house buying process. We bought on a whim across country while on vacation in NB. She helped guide us through the process, helped us push for a great purchase price, answered my millions of questions, and assisted in anyway we needed.... it was alot concidering we werent physically available.
