        Staff here are great, but Tim's model of customer service sucks. Been in line for 10 min with 9 people ahead of me and 5 behind me, the same 9 since I came in. I have since counted 20 cars go through drive through. How can this happen, walk in and drive through are just as important. Open the second cash and treat us well because we're the reason your in buisness....or have you forgot.

        Terrible customer service I felt like the employees just press random buttons when I placed my order because nothing was right. Took over 15 minutes to order and get my food. Still forgot 2 items I ordered and I just refused to wait any longer. Love Tim Hortons, won't be back to this one though. Awful.
