Grigg Pools & Outdoor Living Inc.

I have been trying to contact these guys for over 3 months now. Was willing to drive the 3+ hours to work with them. I was ready to buy, they are the sole dealer for the hot tub we want but we will be moving on to another brand. Terrible customer service even for sales. I cant imagine trying to have something fixed.

We bought a hot tub from Grigg Pools a few months ago. We are first time hot tub owners and didn't know much about it. We did a wide market survey and decided to buy from Grigg Pools, also due to warm recommendations from people we knew. Vanessa and Ryan were very friendly and helpful with our endless questions. The installation process was exactly as described. Ryan and Vanessa showed up and worked outside for hours, even though it was extremely cold outside that day. Vanessa's support after the installation was great, she answered quickly and efficiently every question we had when we were trying to figure out how to balance the chemicals in the hot tub. Great purchase which we love and use frequently.
