Absolute worst customer service. Called on Monday to see if someone could come out tolook at my stove. They said they could put me in on Tuesday, which is fine. Waited all afternoon for them, Even left work early. I missed their phone call, that they did not leave a voicemail. And instead of trying to call again within a few minutes. They just canceled my appointment. Why would I cancel my appointment? I need my stove to work. I want to cook things again. They told us because we canceled our appointment, (which we absolutely did not) we could try to get in later in the day. No one showed up. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I still have a broken stove. Never use this company

Incredible service! Called them to take my broken washer They repaired it and brought it back in two days. Men were very polite honest and courteous. Thankyou Charlotte King!!!!

Absolutely amazing service. Delivery is incredible and the appliances are well worth the prices. Having a warranty on an item is great in pre-loved pieces. Ive purchased many items through Kitchen Craft and am extremely happy with the appliances and service that I received. Ordered a laundry set and it didnt fit in my space but the guys said they have a slightly smaller one in stock. Brought it over immediately and it fit like a glove! This store is better than buying new :-) Highly recommend.
