Absolutely horrific experience. Charlie Claims to be certified Appraiser requesting 150 up front - you find out why when he walks through no itemization and produces no appraisal. After he misrepresents or cons you out of the 150 bucks he then insults you with ridiculous offer. He is rude and sneaky. BEWARE of this scam artist - I wish I had checked reviews as I see its how he conducts business- sad really that people try to profit of other peoples death. Should be ashamed!
