These guys are an absolute joke. I would give negative 5stars if possible.They might as well be the insurance company as they argue over damage . Your job is to estimate and fix not argue over how the accident happened. Absolutely horrible customer service that loves to trash the insurance company, quite possibly the worst customer service experience in my life so far. Wouldn't let them touch my car with a water hose. P.S Call to make it right? You're kidding right, I don't EVER want to step foot in that establishment ever again, go find another crew cause that place needs a major overhaul or go learn about customer service and how to run a business and teach your employees. Ridiculous

I have used these guys before and they did decent work. This time I needed to get an antenna replaced and some minor body work. I brought it in on January 11th and was told there would be a short wait. I waited a couple of weeks and then called. They told me they were backed up and it would be the last week of February or the first week of March at the latest. On March 9th without hearing a peep, I called them and they said their next available time was mid-end April. I was not booked, my part not ordered. 2 months, nothing done or booked. My advice is to stay away from this place. Terrible service.
