        Not a real national chain! Poor return policy! Driving across Canada, I needed a CAA boost in Moncton, then bought a battery charger from Moncton NAPA. After fully charging it, it didnt have enough power to charge the battery 3 days later in St John, so I had to call CAA again. Tried to return the weak charger at St John NAPA, and they said Id have to take it back to Moncton to return. NAPA is just a whole bunch of independent stores which I do not recommend.

        I would never use this mechanic shop again. Service was poor, they were clearly lacking staff which was notible to the customer. And they do not take responsiblity for any mistakes made. In my experience I dropped my car for servicing and they gave me back with a check engine light on. No attention to detail. When I asked about this it seemed like an issue as I was asking for them to do more work and they could not give a resonable answer as to why the engine light was on. Had to go elsewhere to sort it out. Have not been back since and will not.
