This shop is no longer honest. Used to be my go to for a $70 oil change. Now they add $30 in extra fees, double charged for the oil filter, and added a $10 "add on package" of work that they don't even do. Front desk guy said "that's just how it comes up in the system and I don't know how to change it". Lol! EDIT: Checked my receipts. When I was there 1 month ago for my other car they did not charge these extra fees. This is something new. They also quoted me $3000 to fix an exhaust leak. That's a $200 job at most. On my car a complete OEM exhaust is only $1000 so how is replacing one section costing 3 times more?! Might just be lack of parts availability, but at that price they should have just said they couldn't get the part in.

Not satisified at all with work done to my car. I had it in last week and not satisfied at all. Took it there last year and had my censors fried. My car alarm, car starter, static box, radio (radio we were able to fix ourselves) all fried and knowing they were resposible as it all worked before we took it in they would not fix it. They said they were not responsible for fixing it. Seems to me if you fry it you fix it. I was a loyal customer and handed money out like crazy to them I will never take my car there again. After several times of walking out of there broke and further in the hole to repair stuff after they worked on it you would think i would have learned. I didn't even want to give one star but had to to complete my experience.
