Mister Music

Just left the store and the bald guy working was incredibly rude! After reading the comments I see I'm not the only one treated this way. I spent over 100$ but I will not be back. I am still in disbelief. How does this man even have a job with the public?

The apparent usual bald old guy that works at the desk is absolutely rude and disrespectful I go in to buy a $130 water pipe being 18 not having a drivers license with a photo ID thought I would be able to buy one being of age I brought my BIRTH CERTIFICATE and MEDICARE CARD and got refused service by an old man who thinks he knows it all You are better off taking the trip to Mister Music East great service and they WONT be disrespectful or King Vapor But since I cannot make it out there I will be going in with a adult with a drivers license and will be getting my product

Very poor customer service, Same man whos been giving everyone a hard time has also have me and my mother a hard time when she wasnt able to read the flavors of the disposable vapes, his response to this was him finger pointing and saying Cant you see along with slamming the paper on the table telling her to read it herself to find the flavors will never ever return to this location until there is a staffing change

Went in and just spent over $100. Went back in two mins later to buy more product and guy was rude and upset that I asked him to repeat the whole 10 names of the variety of the item. For one I just gave the dead store over 100 bucks in sales. 2nd. I wear hearing aids and with masks find it hard to hear super well. He actually said "seriously" ok are you ready" like it was a huge bother or he was busy. Wont be back. Super ignorant and rude. actually said "seriously?was alm
