Marc was very thorough with our inspection and answered all of our questions. We had already purchased our home and it gave us piece of mind to know what areas needed attention. Marc even took the time to explain how all the systems in the home worked. I appreciate his focus on safety.

The home inspection went well. Marc was very detailed in explaining all I needed to know in the real sense and gave a fair review. He also taught me how to fix some minor things. The process was a smooth one. Marc always followed up and gave insight where needed. I would highly recommend Marc.

Marc was very well knowledgeable and helped put me at ease. I purchased an old farmhouse sight unseen and only got him to come inspect it after I had possession as you can imagine there were problems some major some minor that I thought were major.marc helped put me at ease and point me in the right direction as to what yo do to get this old place back up on its feet again.ive got alot of work to do ahead of me and I'll probably end up calling him up again in the future. I asked Marc to do a home inspection for me to put my mind at ease with my new purchase. I found him very knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through everything and entertained my many questions. Owning a well and septic is new to me and he was able to explain everything. Thank you Marc, you really put my mind at ease.

Marc is an incredible inspector, he takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Never in a rush to get anything over with and is very thorough and will answer any questions and offer his experience and suggestions. Would use him for inspections/contracting again!
