Alamo Rent A Car

Booked via CHECK24.de and everything went fine. The guy I got the car from was very nice and explained everything. Got an upgrade too, I guess they didn't have smaller cars ;-) The woman I returned the car to was on the phone and didn't really say Hi. I do not understand why you get 2 key for a car that a stuck together on a plastic ring. Why? If I can't give the second one to someone else, why do I need 2? It's just super inconvenient to have 2 huge carkeys in a pocket.. she was surprised the keys "fell apart". I cut them.. don't get it, but seems to be usual in Canada or at least NB. I only need 1 key, because there is only 1 driver registered ;)

Outstanding Manager Donna there. I forgot something in a returned car - and the same night she sent a driver to my hotel. Just amazing!
