The Children's Place

Staff is unwelcoming, rude and not helpful. My second experience at this place. I went to return clothes, employee at front desk without looking at receipt mentioned that it way pass the return time whereas transaction date and applicable return date is mentioned on receipt clearly. Even when I showed receipt still she was not able to read the date properly. Other employee at back said we are closing. It was 2:15PM so it was no where near to the closing time. They should trained properly how to treat their customers.

A lot of selection but there is no space in this store. I could not even look at clothes or get through to see what selection was there. I left with nothing.

I would love to shop there more.....but it is so stuffed with products (clothing abd accessories) that is is almost unshoppable. Not customer friendly, especially those shoppers with kids in tow. Up side is that the staff is usually pleasant and helpful.
