Horrible service, ordered something that never came in and they didn't give my money back for months on end. Low quality mens clothes as well!!

One star because it's not possible to leave 0 stars. RW & Co in McAllister Mall in Saint John, NB did not have my son's suit size in stock so they eagerly offered to ship one to him. We ordered, paid and left the store happily with only an empty garment bag. Six weeks later (today) I visited the store to ask where the suit was, only to discover they never had or shipped the suit, and to frustrate matters more, they entered our email incorrectly into their system and didn't take our phone number so we were never notified of the error. We drove 4 hours roundtrip for this suit, paid in advance and had waited patiently, but the bloated, condescending manager was unfazed and waved us toward a wobbly clearance rack in the back of the store where we could humbly choose another suit "within reason" from the handful of misshapen rejects from a previous sale, none of which were my son's size. No thank you. We won't be back.
