My husband went through Tim's Hickey & Loch Lomond Rd yesterday. Ask for large coffee 3 cream 3 sugar. Med Ice Coffee made with milk, cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter, a farmers wrap with mayo no Chipotle and a fruit explosion muffin. When he got home, my Ice Coffee was made with cream, I had no cheese tea biscuit at ALL. My husband farmers wrap had Chipotle on it. I called because I am absolutely getting fed up with Tim's as every time we go through something is not right with our order. The manager I spoke with called my husband a liar and said she was the one that took the orders in the morning and no one ask for mayo on a wrap. We'll yes he did because he absolutely hates Chipotle, plus she said oh and the tea biscuit well its just a tea biscuit. I am done with spending our hard earned money at a location that is so ignorant and disrespectful towards there customers. I can not ever imagine speaking to a customer the way she did with me and calling us a lair. Not that my comment matters because people complain and nothing changes EVER!!! I am just a nobody cause they know customers will always go back. Well not this customer !!
