Been going here for years. The front staff, hygienists, and Dr Holburn are very professional and friendly. Always been treated well and all dental work has been excellent.

Was running less than 10 mins late due to unsafe wintery roads into the city. They canceled my appointment which I had to have a emergency extraction. Went elsewhere got treated with respect and they listened. I will not recommend this place to anyone I care about!

A bad review, they are not professional. One day I went to have to fill the Dr. said you have old type filling "the metal type we stopped using it, so we will remove it and put the new filling" after few days my little son went to the same Dr., the Dr. said we will put filling and we realized that they used metal filling that "they stopped using it". How come? They just want to consume money from us. And they have a bad system, they let you in the Dr. starts working in the mouth without telling what he will do and how much that will cost. Then when they finish you go to the counter they tell you to have to pay over $800 It looks like a trap.

It is terrible experience at this clinic. We could not find professional sills and ethic from the doctor. My daughter suffered for swelling gum 2 months, because the doctors unnecessary and incorrect treatments. We paid thousands dollars and 2 months there, but did not solved the issue and even worse. Not suggest kids there as well. He cut my daughters gum accidentally with lots of blood out, but he even did not say a simple sorry to the poor girl. Can not find his respect to others, never listen to others. Cannot believe such a rude person can be a doctor. Terrible place and terrible doctor. Will stay away from there.
