        I have booked an 8 am appointment for immigration medical exam.The receptionist was not available so I had to wait until she came in. People who had appointments after me kept going in and see the doctor and while they made me wait to see the doctor, they took me in at 10:30 am after waiting for 2.5 hrs. Thank you for your great service and wasting my time. People book an appointment to save time but, you guys don't value others time. Please stop taking appointments if you can not be on time.
