        Huge thank you for the some of THE best customer service I have received in a very long time. Upon entering the store the manager greeted us and asked what we were looking for (Grad suit for son) he was so knowledgeable right off the bat! He knew my sons size just by looking at him he proceeded to help us with different colours and styles. He made us laugh and feel comfortable and his product knowledge was beyond. He taught my son good suit etiquette. I really cant say enough great things about this store but thank you for making this special time a lot more memorable give that man a raise!

        Greg and the team at Tip Top Nanaimo were phenomenal in getting me ready for my wedding. Greg has an eye and can size you from a glance. Their taste is impeccable and the experience was very fun! He was quick to secure the shirt we needed from another store and had it ordered to my house within a week. Cannot recommend them enough, this is my second time going to them and as long as Greg is there I will continue to return.

        I went into Tip Top Tailors in Nanaimo with a BIG request. I needed a high-value low-cost suit for my upcoming wedding. Greg, their endearingly personable Manager, made sure everything was perfect, and then, helped me save enough money in that purchase to also acquire the perfect new suit for my new job in the legal field, for barely more than the price of the first suit. I can now say with confidence, here in Nanaimo, "I've got a suit guy." - and thanks to Greg, I also now have a tailor as well, the talented Han from Han's Tailors - together they literally took the worry out of my wardrobe challenges. I look forward to working with Greg, Tip Top, and Han as I progress at my new firm, and move on to more and better suits!
